Pumpkin Pie is one of
the most delicious traditional desserts. It is consumed widely in USA and
Canada especially during the early winter and fall. Although people eat it on
regular basis but it also features in various long-established celebrations
like Christmas, Halloween and Thanksgiving as a symbol of cultural harmony. As
its name is suggesting the basic ingredient of this dish is pumpkin which is
orange colored and round shaped squash plant. The shade of this dish varies
from light orange to brown because of its basic component, pumpkin.

to check whether it comes out clean or not. After successful baking cool the
pie for almost 2 hours then refrigerate it and serve it. There are lots of

42 ounces and divide it into eight equal parts then every slice will contain

of pie into three categories; fat, carbohydrates and proteins. Every slice of
this pie contains about 41% of fats, 52 % carbohydrates and 7% proteins. These numbers
making it clear that definitely pie can fill your hunger but excessive
consumption can lead to increased weight. So care should be taken while
