Steamed Chicken with potatoes:

All you need will be 3 to 4 medium sized potatoes, one chicken breast, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and butter. 3 persons can be served in this single dish with any type of rice or pasta. Heat a frying pan with few drops of olive or simple vegetable oil. Add butter and minced garlic. Cook until the color of garlic turns golden; now add potatoes, salt and black pepper. Toss and add the striped chicken breast. Cover with a lid until the vegetable and meat gets tender.



Shrimp pasta in tomato sauce:
This recipe is the most tempting one. Shrimps are healthy and tasty. They can make good and healthy meals on a budget. You can make a tomato sauce with canned tomatoes, dices onions, oregano leaves, basil, lemon juice and tomato paste. In a separate pan stir fry shrimp with light seasoning. Mix with the tomato sauce and serve with any type of pasta you like.
Grilled cheese and mushroom sandwiches:
These sandwiches are best for serving with tea and are equally liked by children. You can put them in their lunchboxes for school. You will need some white cheddar cheese, red onions, minced garlic, sliced mushroom and sandwich bread. The recipe is simple. Shred the cheddar and mix garlic, sliced mushroom and red onions in it. Stuff the mixture in bread and grill them.  
Beef lasagna:
This recipe will serve 4-5 people and requires less effort to make. Ingredients are simple and cost friendly. All you need is minced beef, salt, black pepper, cheddar cheese, butter, lasagna stripes, mushrooms and oregano leaves and 2% milk. Boil the lasagna stripes and drain the excess water. Now prepare a sauce with minced beef, butter, milk, cheddar and mushrooms. Add salt, black pepper, white pepper and oregano as seasonings. Set a dish with a layer of lasagna stripes and white sauce and put it in a preheated oven for 5 minutes.
