Stir fried chicken with olives and tomatoes:
This recipe is seriously mouth watering and it gives you the nutrition of a complete meal. It will help in boosting your metabolism rate as well. You will need chicken in one inch cubes, one tomato diced, sliced olives, one onion diced, parsley, salt, black pepper and a tablespoon of oyster sauce. Heat a frying pan with few drops of olive oil. Fry the chicken cubes. Once the chicken is tender add the onions, tomatoes and olives in it. Add seasoning (salt, pepper and oyster sauce). Stir fry for 1- 2 minutes and add chopped parsley in the end. This is one of the best recipes of a main course dish for weight loss.
Grilled chicken steak with roasted nuts:
Nuts are a good source for nutrition. They give us full nourishment with comparatively less number of calories. This recipe will satisfy your appetite and boost your metabolism as well. You will need a chicken breast lightly chopped, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper, a tablespoon of honey, lemon juice and roughly chopped nuts (peanuts, cashew nuts, almonds and walnuts). Brush the grilled pan with olive oil and heat it. Marinate the chicken breast with salt, black pepper and Worcestershire sauce 15 minutes before cooking. Put the marinated chicken breast in the preheated grilled pan and cook from both sides until the steak gets tender and turns golden in color. Take another pan and combine honey, lemon juice and roasted nuts in it. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Now place the steak in a platter and glaze it with honey and nuts sauce.
Crunching chicken with almond coating and pasta:

This recipe is the best recipe to be cooked for a dinner when you are on a weight loss diet. It is delicious and you will definitely love it. Ingredients are one boneless chicken breast cut in fingers, one egg, finely chopped almonds, two tablespoons of cornstarch, salt and black pepper. Marinate the chicken fingers with salt and pepper for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the cornstarch on them. Dip the chicken fingers in beaten egg and then roll in finely chopped almonds. Cook them in greased frying pan. You can serve these crunchy fingers with stir fried pasta. Boil and drain the pasta. Fry it with one tablespoon of olive oil and a light seasoning of your choice.
