Fruits and vegetables are the best gift of nature. We can take full advantage of them by adding them in our daily diet. List of fruits and vegetables is very long and diversified but few common fruits and vegetables with uncountable benefits are:
Apple:
Apple is rich iron and there is a famous related to it. ‘An apple a day keeps the doctor away’. Eating raw or taking its nectar can give you numerous health benefits.
Apricot:
Apricot is full of vitamins. This fruit has beta- carotene in it and it is also famous for its digestive properties. Eating apricot can make your skin and eyes healthy and glowing.
Avocado:
Avocado is famous for its use in salads. It is a pure salad ingredient. it contains good fats and increases your metabolism to unimaginable extent.
Banana:
Banana is rich in different vitamins and minerals. Especially potassium is found in big quantity. It is also rich in iron. They can be used in desserts, baked or eaten raw. They help in treating high blood pressure as well.
